For example, a common jewelry box can be designed to be 15 cm long, 10 cm wide, and 5 cm high, which is convenient for carrying and placing.
A variety of color options are provided to meet the aesthetic needs of different users. The surface is treated with a frosted process, which not only increases the comfort of the hand but also effectively prevents fingerprint residue and keeps the appearance of the box clean. For some high-end customized models, hot stamping or laser engraving can be performed on the surface to add brand logos or personalized patterns to enhance the added value of the product.

Cardboard: 1-4 mm greyboard + art paper or special paper. It is the most popular base material, known for its durability and versatility. It can be wrapped with decorative paper (such as matte paper, glossy paper, or textured paper), fabric (satin or velvet), or leatherette to create a high-end texture.

According to the characteristics of the storage items, choose a suitable lining material. For items that are easy to scratch, such as jewelry, soft flannel can be used as the lining, which can not only protect the surface of the items but also increase their beauty. For items that are sensitive to static electricity, such as electronic components, the anti-static sponge can be a lining to effectively prevent static electricity from damaging the components.
Neodymium magnets are favored for their sturdy and compact design, while ferrite magnets are more suitable for larger boxes and are more cost-effective. Manufacturers may recommend the thickness of the magnets based on the weight of the box—the heavier the lid, the stronger the magnet.
Additional processes such as UV coating (adding gloss), embossing/debossing (adding texture), or hot stamping (adding metallic texture) can enhance visual appeal. Eco-conscious brands can choose recycled cardboard or water-based inks.

The box body and the box cover are produced by injection molding. The ABS plastic particles are heated and melted through the mold and injected into the mold cavity. After cooling and molding, a precise shape is obtained. The injection molding process can ensure the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the product and improve production efficiency.
Reserve installation holes at the corresponding positions of the injection-molded box body and the box cover, and fix the pre-processed magnets in the installation holes by glue or ultrasonic welding to ensure that the magnets are firmly installed and will not fall off during use.
After completing the injection molding and magnet installation, the box body is frosted, and the surface of the box body is formed with a uniform frosted texture by mechanical grinding or chemical corrosion. For products that require hot stamping or laser engraving, the corresponding process is performed after surface treatment.
Paste the cut lining material inside the box body with glue or hot melt adhesive to ensure that the lining fits tightly without wrinkles or looseness.
